Geographical Indication

Geographical Indication (GI) is an indication which is created from a definite geographical territory and used to identify agricultural, natural or manufactured goods originating in the particular mentioned area. The special quality or reputation or other characteristics of the good are solely contributable to the unique climatic or environmental condition of that geographical origin.
